  1. Nov 14,  · My Sister's Machine are one of the inexplicably unsuccessful bands of the early nineties grunge scene. In Seattle, they were club-fillers along with Nirvana, Mudhoney and green river at the turn of the decade, and their first album "Diva" was a fine, more conventionally hard rockin' album, albeit with cartoon-terribly lyrics/5(10).

My Sisters Machine Wallflower Burn (Wright/Pollock) Son of man is dead The devil rose his head He spoke to me an everlasting tune Screaming in my mind He sang a poet's rhyme All of you will pay me very soon In a crowded house alone I'm at home Feeding the vibrations of the night I can see it coming back In your eyes Killing all the sorry souls.

  5. Burn Lyrics: Son of man is dead / The devil rose his head / He spoke to me an everlasting tune / Screaming in my mind / He sang a poet's rhyme / All of you will pay me very soon / In a crowded.
  6. My Sister's Machine's second album, Wallflower, is a heavy grunge offering from the Seattle-based group, headed by Nick Pollock. Churning out plodding low-end riffs, as if Kyuss were crossed with Alice In Chains, My Sister's Machine crank with a bad ass low end vibe.
